	FIT is open 7 days a week. Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.	FIT is just a few minutes away from downtown Wilmington and is located near the historic Kentmere Parkway and the Delaware Art Museum.
